At Órale Taco, we proudly source many of our ingredients locally and fresh, from fish to produce to specialty items. Because we rely on what our local suppliers and fishermen are able to provide — and because we refuse to use low-quality substitutes — some menu items may have limited availability and can sell out earlier than expected.

Our team works hard to restock daily, but living and operating in one of the most remote areas on Maui means supply can change quickly.

To avoid any disappointment, we encourage customers to call ahead to check availability of specific items. We’ll always give you an honest update.
